Marvetta Rutherford is a lifelong resident of East Cleveland and Cleveland and an advocate for quality public transit. A longtime social justice activist, she runs GardenHood Enterprises LLC and operates as a constant “handtool of the Creator.”  She is the proud mother of 3 and grandmother of 3.
